1) Three "P's" It doesn't matter if you run a small business or a large
organization, the three keys to attracting new customers and retaining the ones you already have are the same. You need a Strategic Plan that will determine your future goals and what resources are needed to achieve them. Personal and professional development for you and your People will ensure that all of you have the attitudes, skills and habits to carry out the vision. And finally, you need efficient Processes to ensure consistency and measurability. You cannot separate these three items and expect to be successful. If one of these areas is weak, you will not be able to maximise your sales, customer service and employee morale. |

| 2) Attitude is Everything! |

People are typically hired for their Knowledge & Skills (the left side of the box). In most cases, however, people are fired for their lack of good Habits and positive Attitudes (right side of the box). Small business and large corporate alike spend 95% of their training time and budget strictly on Knowledge & Skills. Training is an effective tool for improving skills and knowledge, but habits and attitudes are improved primarily through personal and professional development. This is the difference between training and development processes. Incredible People Coaching addresses all four areas to ensure a much higher chance of long-term success and improved results for the individual and the organization. It all starts with attitude. When faced with a situation, your attitude will prompt you to act or behave a certain way. Your attitude will determine the results. Attitudes and Results are directly related, just as Cause and Effect. To obtain improves results, you must begin to develop more positive thoughts and beliefs. Attitudes are essentially habits of thought, and as such, they can be modified and improved like any other habit. Regardless of past conditioning and current environments, you and your organization can overcome negative attitudes and poor habits.
