This type of coaching can be viewed as a bonus and a sign of significant recognition. In other cases it can be remedial. It primarily focuses on enhancing performance and developing leadership or team-building skills. The coach works in conjunction through Human Resources or another senior executive. Meetings are usually held by telephone.

Personal Executive Coaching

This type of coaching is initiated by the individual and paid for personally. Motivations may vary but often they revolve around personal skill development, achieving balance, handling stress, managing people, overcoming conflict, understanding corporate politics or career transition.

Group Coaching

A Women's Only - Group Coaching Club is being offered at specific times throughout the year. The intent is to give aspiring women an inexpensive opportunity to learn from other professional women throughout the coaching experience. Contact us to register for the next group.

Personal (Life) Coaching

This coaching focuses on creating personal change. We'll help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. A minimum 4 session commitment is required.

Packages vary depending on the duration, with discounted rates being offered for 6 and 12 month packages. The duration of coaching depends on the size of the change you are wanting to make in your life.

Training & Workshops

We offer a wide variety of Leadership Development Programs, Educational Training Seminars and Workshops. Our training is designed specifically for individual organisations. We do not offer training that is open to the general public. Cost depends on the duration of the training, travel, expenses and handouts. For example:

Some training sessions are short and require only a few handouts.
Other sessions require the completion of online Myer-Briggs Type Questionnaires (that cost around $20 per person).
